We are seeking a client-service-oriented Studio Assistant Manager to manage the studio daily operations and drive the sales of memberships, services and products.

The role entails providing exceptional and highly personalized customer service while relieving the Studio Owner of the day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Mind the studio daily operations
  • Manage the appointment schedule, booking, rescheduling or cancelling appointments in accordance with clients' requests expressed in person, by phone, email or Whatsapp messages.
  • Check clients in and out of sessions and encourage pre-booking of sessions
  • Get in touch with leads and follow up on missed intro sessions
  • Encourage rebookings after cancellations by following up with members
  • Help foster loyalty among prospective and current members through sales of memberships
  • Emphasise and enforce objectives and service standards of the studio
  • Establish a strong, friendly and customer-focused relationship with current and prospective members
  • Help organize special events
  • Keep the studio clean and tidy at all times - Manage cleaner schedule
  • General admin duties


  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • A friendly, positive and engaging personality with the ability to connect easily with people
  • Ability to learn and consequently use the Mindbody software system
  • Excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email
  • Good command of English, written and spoken. Good-spoken Cantonese is a bonus.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, organised and able to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Flexibility to work shifts including Saturday
