 to the AIS SPECIALIST Certification Course

The AIS Specialist Certification consists of  5 x 3-hour hands-on workshops, at Stretch Asia, in Hong Kong supported by access to the 30 tutorials included in the AIS Assisted Stretching - Level 1 Online Course.

At the workshops, you will learn and practice the stretches introduced in the video tutorials in small groups of 2-10 participants.

All precautions are taken to ensure the safety of all trainers and participants. Everyone's temperature is taken every day upon arrival. Face masks and frequent hand washing are required from all. Face masks must be worn at all times in the studio.
