We are seeking client service oriented Front Sales Assistant(s)  to manage the front desk and drive the sales of memberships and products.


This role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the studio. We provide exceptional and very personalized customer service, and our Front Sales Assistants have some of the closest interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Mind the front desk greeting and checking clients in and out of sessions
  • Guide new clients through the facility and help them settle before their initial session 
  • Manage the appointment schedule, booking, rescheduling or cancelling appointments in accordance with clients' requests expressed in person, by phone, email or Whatsapp messages.
  • Follow up with leads and missed intro sessions
  • Follow up with members cancellations to encourage re-booking
  • Help foster loyalty among prospective and current members through sales of memberships
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasise and enforce objectives and service standards of the studio
  • Establish a strong, friendly and customer-focused relationship with current and prospective members
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio
  • Ensure the studio is always clean and tidy
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • A friendly, positive and engaging personality with the ability to connect easily with people
  • Ability to learn and consequently use the Mindbody software system
  • Excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email
  • Good command of English, written and spoken. Good-spoken Cantonese is a bonus.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, organised and able to take initiative
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on one assisted stretch and retail
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
