Front desk SAles Associate - PART-TIME

We are seeking client service oriented Customer Carers who will manage the front desk and drive the sales of memberships and products. You will be responsible for greeting and engaging clients in a positive, friendly and professional manner. You will introduce new clients to the Stretch studio and to the services we provide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk greeting and checking clients in and out of sessions
  •  Guide new clients through the facility and help them settle before their initial session 
  • Ensure the studio is always clean and tidy
  • Manage the appointments schedule, booking, rescheduling or cancelling appointments in accordance with clients' requests expressed in person, by phone, email or Whatsapp messages.
  • Help foster loyalty among prospective and current members through sales of memberships
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasise and enforce objectives and service standards of the studio
  • Establish a strong, friendly and customer-focused relationship with current and prospective members
  • Follow up with leads and missed intro sessions
  • Follow up with members cancellations to encourage re-booking
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills required
  • A friendly, positive and engaging personality with the ability to connect easily with people
  • Ability to learn and use the Mindbody software system
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on one assisted stretch and retail
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese is a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
