Customer Care Sales Associates

Part-time or Full-time

We are seeking client service oriented Customer Carers who will manage the front desk and drive the sales of memberships and products. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the studio. We provide exceptional and very personalized customer service, and our Customer Care Sales Associates have some of the closest interactions with our clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk greeting and checking clients in and out of sessions
  • Guide new clients through the facility and help them settle before their initial session 
  • Ensure the studio is always clean and tidy
  • Manage the appointments schedule, booking, rescheduling or cancelling appointments in accordance with clients' requests expressed in person, by phone, email or Whatsapp messages.
  • Help foster loyalty among prospective and current members through sales of memberships
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasise and enforce objectives and service standards of the studio
  • Establish a strong, friendly and customer-focused relationship with current and prospective members
  • Follow up with leads and missed intro sessions
  • Follow up with members cancellations to encourage re-booking
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills required
  • A friendly, positive and engaging personality with the ability to connect easily with people
  • Ability to learn and use the Mindbody software system
  • Excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email
  • Good command of English, written and spoken. Good-spoken Cantonese is a bonus.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, organised and able to take initiative
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on one assisted stretch and retail
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends 

Compensation & Perks

  • Attractive base salary based on experience

  • Full Time:  5 Day work including Saturday 
  • Part Time: 2-3 days a week or 16 hours a week
