If your goal is to live a healthier life and don't know where to start, a stretching program is the easiest way to get started.

Get started in 3 simple steps:

1. Book A 90-Min Initial Stretch Session

Your Initial Stretch Session includes a comprehensive 20-minute assessment of your flexibility and posture followed by 70 min of AIS Assisted Stretching. This assessment is a real eye-opener for most of us, as you will learn a lot about your body. 

We will identify the postural imbalances that strain your body and cause it to compensate. We will tell you where you stand in terms of flexibility compared to the normal range. Your stretch therapist will then stretch you in the specific areas you need it most.

2. We design a Flexibility program just for you

If you so wish, your Stretch Therapist will create a stretching and strengthening program specifically for you, based on their assessment. 

Your stretching program is designed to fit your schedule and provide you with the results you seek. We are not the cheapest in town. However, we have a 24-year track record of excellence and dedication. We are fully committed to providing the value you deserve.

3. Select a Membership Option that best suits your needs 

There is no obligation to join our membership program. However, if you are serious about enhancing your life and wellbeing, our memberships will save you a ton of money.
