What To Expect

Your initial session is 90 minutes long and includes a short interview and a thorough Range of Motion and Posture Assessment. This will give us an idea as to where you are now, in terms of mobility, flexibility, and posture. A 60-minute Active Assisted Isolated Stretching session will follow. Your subsequent sessions, if you choose to go with the program we will create for you, do not normally need to be longer than 60 minutes.

How To Book
