Your First Visit

At Stretch Asia, we are all committed to providing you the highest level of care, in a relaxing –whilst energising– environment. We aim at building a strong relationship with you, because your health, your fitness and your well-being are what we are here for.

The Stretch Flexibility Studio is a place like no other. It’s not a clinic per say. Here, you’re not sick. But it’s not a spa nor a gym either. It’s a place at a cross of all three. It’s unique! Just like you!

Here is what to expect on your first visit:

Welcome to Stretch AsiaWhen you come for your first session, we recommend you arrive a few minutes early so that you can fill up the inevitable “Client Information Form”, so we can get to know you a bit better already. We value your time – and ours – therefore, at Stretch, there is no waiting. We make a point at starting and finishing our sessions on time.

Change into comfortable clothes

You can choose to bring your own gym or yoga attire, but if you come straight from the office, or you are heading there afterwards, we will be happy to provide you with a Stretch T-shirt, a pair of shorts and socks; all freshly laundered.

Initial consultation, Postural and Mobility Assessment

Postural AssessmentYour initial consultation includes a short interview, so we understand a bit more about you. Your therapist will then proceed to a Posture and Mobility assessment to identify the issues they need to address. They will then prepare a program for you that best suits your budget, your time constrains and your lifestyle, in order to help you reach your goal(s). This phase will take about 20-30′ to complete.

Your first assisted Stretch session

The best and easiest way to increase one's flexibilityAfter your initial assessment, your Stretch session will start. During this session, you will learn a lot about your body, what’s happening and how we can best help you. This, in itself, is an eye-opener for many of our clients. One of the great values of practitioner – assisted Stretching is that you get to increase your flexibility without doing much of the hard work. Your therapist does this for you;-)
