Book a session

If you are new to us, book an initial consultation. This session will be 90 minutes long and include a short interview, a thorough Range of Motion and Postural Assessment – which will give us an idea of where you are now, in terms of mobility, flexibility, and posture – followed by a 60-minute Active Assisted Isolated Stretching session. Your subsequent sessions, if you choose to go with the program we will create for you, do not, normally, need to be longer than 60 minutes.
